New and improved: Certified Psychological Health & Safety Training

We’re excited to announce the launch of the new and improved Certified Psychological Health & Safety Training! 

This training is for people who want to help their organization improve psychological health and safety (PHS) in their workplaces and/or implement the National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety. 

Ten years after its launch, there was a clear need to update this vital training. A national collaborative of CMHA workplace training professionals came together over the course of one year to redesign the training. The redesign was informed by the latest research, participant feedback, and consultation with collaborators and leaders in the field. 

Additional hours have been added, enhancing the foundational knowledge and resources provided by the training.  

Psychological Health & Safety Training now qualifies for the Canada-Alberta Job Grant, which will pay up to two thirds of the cost for eligible organizations.
